What’s new in Retime: paid bookings, webhooks, and more

June brought paid booking links, workflow-ready webhooks, more ways to meet, timely reminders, and tighter account control.

June was a big month for Retime. We added new ways to earn from your time, connect bookings to the rest of your work, and stay in control of every meeting before and after it lands on the calendar.

Here is what is new.

Accept payment when someone books

You can now turn an event type into a paid booking link with Stripe Connect.

Set a price in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD, then share the link as usual. Retime holds the time while your guest completes checkout and confirms the booking after payment succeeds. If a paid booking is cancelled, the payment flow can issue a full refund.

It is a simpler path for consultants, coaches, mentors, and anyone who charges for their time: one link takes care of finding a time and collecting payment.

Send booking events to the tools you already use

Retime now supports webhooks for three moments that matter:

  • A booking is created.
  • A booking is rescheduled.
  • A booking is cancelled.

Add an endpoint from your account settings to send these events to Zapier, Make, or your own application. Each webhook includes a signing secret so your system can verify that the request came from Retime.

You can send a test event before going live and inspect delivery history when you need to troubleshoot. Deliveries are retried automatically, so a brief outage in another tool does not have to break the workflow.

This opens up plenty of useful automations: update a CRM, notify a team channel, prepare a client record, or start a follow-up sequence as soon as a booking changes.

Meet in Zoom or Microsoft Teams

Your booking links can now create Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings automatically.

Connect your preferred conferencing service, choose it as the location for an event type, and Retime adds the meeting details when a guest books. Guests see the provider name clearly instead of a long, unexplained URL.

We also completed a major round of improvements to the Office 365 calendar integration, including more reliable event creation, conflict syncing, and access-token refreshes. Whether your day lives in Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, Retime has a more complete view of when you are genuinely free.

Get a reminder before the meeting starts

For accounts with SMS delivery configured, Retime can now remind both the host and guest 24 hours and one hour before a meeting.

Each reminder includes the meeting time and location. That small nudge helps everyone arrive with the right link, at the right time, without another manual message from the host.

See where your account is signed in

The new Active Sessions page shows the devices currently signed in to your Retime account, including their IP address and recent activity.

If something looks unfamiliar, you can revoke that session immediately. You can also sign out every other device in one step while keeping the device in front of you connected.

We paired this with stronger secure links for guests managing a booking and tighter email verification, so both sides of the scheduling experience have clearer boundaries.

Make Retime fit the way you work

A few more improvements landed across account and calendar settings:

  • Choose between Gregorian and Jalali calendar systems.
  • Review invoices and transaction history from your account.
  • Change subscription plans with a clearer upgrade and downgrade flow.
  • See clearer pricing and feature differences before choosing a plan.

These changes are less visible than a new meeting location, but they remove friction from the moments around scheduling—the setup, the payment, and the account decisions that should not require a support conversation.

More than a time on the calendar

The thread connecting this release is simple: a booking rarely ends when a guest picks a time.

Money may need to change hands. A meeting room needs to exist. Other tools need to know what happened. Both people need to remember to show up. And you need confidence that your calendars and account are under control.

June’s updates bring those pieces closer together, so a Retime link can carry more of the work from “when are you free?” to a meeting that is ready to happen.

Create your next booking link and put the new tools to work.
