Retime for Slack

Retime has no listed Slack app yet. A Slack incoming webhook does the job today: each booking arrives in the channel your team already reads.

What you get

The team sees bookings as they happen
No one has to open the dashboard to know that a call was booked.
Cancellations are announced too
A cancelled booking posts its own message, so a freed hour is not missed.
One channel for each purpose
Add several webhooks and send sales calls and support calls to different channels.
Nothing private is required
The message carries the booking details you choose to include.

Create a Slack incoming webhook
In Slack, open your app settings, turn on Incoming Webhooks, and add one for the channel.
Add a small forwarder
Slack expects its own message format, so send the Retime webhook to a small service, or to a Zapier or Make step, that builds the Slack message.
Add the webhook in Retime
Open Account, then Webhooks, and point the booking events at the forwarder.
Write the message
Include the guest name, the time in your zone, and the event type.
Test it
Click Ping in Retime and check the channel.

Not today. Slack needs its own message format, so a small forwarder or an automation step sits in between.
