Retime for Claude

Connect Retime to Claude and run your calendar by chat. Check availability, book, reschedule and cancel meetings, review your bookings and create event types without leaving the conversation. It works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, in Cowork, and in Claude Code.

Two ways to get it

Retime connector

Find "Retime" in the Claude connectors directory. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, search for Retime and choose Connect. This gives Claude the Retime tools.

To add it by hand as a custom connector, use this URL:

Retime plugin

The retime Claude plugin adds scheduling skills on top of the connector, so Claude knows how to propose times, confirm details and handle time zones. The source is open on GitHub.

Connect your account

Start the connection
Choose Connect on the Retime connector in Claude. A Retime sign-in page opens.
Sign in to Retime
Use your Retime email and password. If you signed up with Google and have no password, choose "Email me a sign-in link" and open the link we send you. It works once and expires after 15 minutes.
Review and allow
A consent screen shows which app is asking for access and where you will be sent next. Choose Allow to finish, or Deny to cancel.
Ask Claude
Back in Claude, ask for what you need. You can disconnect Retime at any time in Claude's connector settings.

Access tokens expire after 1 hour and renew automatically for up to 30 days. After that you sign in again.

What Claude can do

The connector offers eight tools. Claude asks you to confirm before it books, reschedules or cancels.

Lists your scheduling links with their id, title, duration, locations and public booking URL.
get_availabilityRead-only
Returns free slots for an event type over a date range of up to 31 days, in the time zone you ask for.
list_bookingsRead-only
Lists upcoming, past or cancelled bookings, optionally within a date range, 1 to 50 per page.
get_bookingRead-only
Returns one booking in full: attendee, question answers, location, meeting link and host.
create_bookingChanges data
Books a slot on one of your event types for an attendee. Retries never double-book.
reschedule_bookingChanges data
Moves a booking to a new free slot on the same event type, with an optional reason for the attendee.
cancel_bookingDestructive
Cancels a booking and notifies the attendees. This cannot be undone.
create_event_typeChanges data
Creates a one-on-one scheduling link with a title, duration and location, using your default availability.

Data and privacy

Claude can access your event types, your availability and your bookings, including attendee names, emails and their answers to booking questions.
Every tool runs as you. Claude can only read or change your own data, never another user's.
Retime does not receive your Claude conversations. We only see the tool requests Claude sends to carry out your instructions.
Sign-in uses OAuth with PKCE. Retime never gives Claude your password, and you can revoke access at any time.

Troubleshooting

The sign-in link says it expired or was already used

Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes. Go back to the sign-in page and choose "Email me a sign-in link" again to get a new one.

I see an "Unverified app" warning on the consent screen

The warning only appears when the app asking for access is not Claude. If you connected Claude through the directory or the URL above and still see it, deny the request and contact us.

Claude says it lost access to Retime

Access tokens last 1 hour and refresh automatically for up to 30 days. After that, or if you disconnected, reconnect Retime from the connector settings in Claude.

Claude reports a rate limit

The connector allows 120 requests per minute per account, and sign-in attempts are limited too. Wait a minute and try again.

Can Claude see other people's bookings?

No. Every tool runs as you and can only read or change your own event types and bookings.
