Retime for Google Calendar
Retime reads your Google Calendar to find free time. It writes each booking back to the calendar you pick. You keep one calendar, and people book only when you are free.

No double bookings
Retime checks Google Calendar before it shows a time. A busy block hides that time from your booking page.
Bookings land in your calendar
Each booking becomes a calendar event with the guest, the answers to your questions, and the meeting link.

Count several calendars as busy. Send new events to the single calendar you choose.
Changes stay in sync
When a guest cancels or moves a booking, Retime updates the calendar event at the same time.
Google Meet links
Set the location of an event type to Google Meet. Retime then adds a Meet link to each booking.
How to connect Google Calendar
Create a Retime account
Sign up and confirm your email address.
Open Account, then Calendars
Click Connect next to Google Calendar.
Allow calendar access
Google asks you to approve the request. Retime needs the permission to read busy time and to write events.
Choose your calendars
Select which calendars count as busy, and which calendar receives new bookings.
Share your link
Send your booking link, or add the booking widget to your site.
Questions about Google Calendar
Does Retime read the content of my events?
Retime reads the start time, the end time, and the busy status of each event. It uses them only to work out your free time.
Can I connect more than one Google account?
Yes. Connect each account under Account, then Calendars. Every connected calendar can count as busy.
Does a Google Workspace account work?
Yes. A personal Gmail account and a Google Workspace account both work in the same way.
What happens when I disconnect?
Retime stops reading and writing that calendar. Bookings you already have stay in your Retime account.
