Retime for Pipedrive
Retime has no listed Pipedrive app yet. A Retime webhook and the Pipedrive API cover the same ground: a person, a deal, and an activity for each booking.
What you get
A person for every guest
The booking payload carries the name and the email Pipedrive needs to match or create a person.
The meeting joins the pipeline
Create an activity at the booked time so the call sits with the deal it belongs to.
The record follows changes
Reschedule and cancel events let you move or close the activity instead of leaving it stale.
One key for the read side
A personal API key lets your service read event types and bookings back from Retime.
How to connect Pipedrive
Create a personal API key
In Retime, open Account, then Integrations, and create a key.
Get a Pipedrive API token
In Pipedrive, open Personal preferences, then API, and copy the token.
Add a Retime webhook
Open Account, then Webhooks, and point the three booking events at your service.
Write the Pipedrive records
On booking.created, add or find the person, then create an activity at the booked time.
Check one real booking
Book a time on your own link and confirm the activity appears in Pipedrive.
Questions about Pipedrive
Can I do this without code?
Yes. Zapier and Make both have Pipedrive steps and can receive the Retime webhook.
Can Retime create the deal as well?
Your service decides. The webhook gives you the data, so you can create a person only, or a person and a deal.
How do I match a booking to an existing deal?
Search Pipedrive by the guest email first. Create a new record only when the search finds nothing.
