Retime for Stripe
Give an event type a price, and Retime asks the guest to pay before the time is held. Payments go to your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect.
What you get
Paid before the slot is held
A paid event type is only booked once the payment succeeds, so unpaid slots do not block your calendar.
Money lands in your account
Retime uses Stripe Connect, so the charge goes to your own Stripe account.
A price for each event type
Charge for a consultation and keep an introduction call free.
Stripe handles the card data
Card details are entered on Stripe. Retime never sees or stores a card number.

Questions about Stripe
Which currencies can I charge in?
The currencies your Stripe account supports. Retime sends the amount and the currency you set on the event type.
What happens when a guest cancels?
The booking is cancelled in Retime. Refunds are made in the Stripe dashboard, so you keep control of your refund policy.
Are there Retime fees on a payment?
Stripe charges its own processing fee. Check your Retime plan for any platform fee before you go live.
What if the payment fails?
The time is not held. The guest can try again or pick another slot.
