Retime for Microsoft Teams

Retime creates a Teams meeting for each booking on a Teams event type. The connection comes from your Microsoft 365 account, so one sign in covers the calendar and the meeting link.

What you get

  • One sign in covers both

The Microsoft 365 connection gives Retime the calendar and the Teams meeting at the same time.

  • A separate meeting each time

Each booking gets its own Teams link, so an earlier guest cannot join a later call.

  • The link is on the calendar event

Guests find the join link in the invitation and in the confirmation email.

  • Works with your team

Every person in your organization connects their own Microsoft 365 account.

How to connect Microsoft Teams

  3. Set the event type location

  4. Test one booking

Book a time on your own link and open the Teams link in the invitation.

Questions about Microsoft Teams

Do I need a separate Teams connection?

No. Teams uses the Microsoft 365 account you connect for your calendar.

Which licence do I need?

A Microsoft 365 licence that includes Teams online meetings. A free personal Teams account cannot create meetings this way.

What if my calendar sync fails?

Retime creates the Outlook event again before it asks for the Teams link, so the booking still gets a link.

Can I use Teams and Zoom in one account?

Yes. The location is set for each event type, so different event types can use different tools.
